We specialise in organic sourdough, including flours from a Demeter certified grower in the South Island. We also do a variety of other enriched doughs from time to time including Shokupan, Çörek and Simit.
Our bread is aged for 24 hours before baking to develop flavour, but if you after some custom services, have a look below for what we offer.
Our most popular sourdoughs are chilli olives with whole wheat, black olives and black sesame with whole rye, and pumpkin & sunflower whole rye.
We are located in Glendowie, Auckland, New Zealand. We generally cater to pick-up and local delivery by bicycle (in good weather), so if you within a few kms, we can supply you!
We bake (almost) every Sunday, ready for midday. We can however bake outside of these times on special request.
Please contact us on our Instagram via DM or just fill out our Order Form. We update the form each Wednesday with our planned bake for that week - folks normally purchase a single loaf from us and we do 1/2kg ones for smaller families. If you have special requirements, please let us know and we list the allergens in each weekly Google Form.
As a price indication, our 1kg sourdough loaves are $10, and our 500gm ones are $5.
We are food inspected and certified by Auckland City Council.
